SYMPTOMS:
- You were previously able to log into SimUText but now you cannot
- You are able to log into the online Student Portal but not the SimUText application
SOLUTION:
It is likely that you need to remove your SimUText User folder as follows:
WINDOWS
- First, make sure that SimUText is not running.
- (Critical Step!) Navigate to C Drive > Users > [Your Account Folder] and delete the SimUText folder that you find there.
- Finally, launch SimUText, sign in, and click on a chapter.
MAC
- First, make sure that SimUText is not running.
- (Critical Step!) Click on your Desktop, click on the Go menu at the top of the screen, select Home, and delete the SimUText folder that you find there.
- Finally, launch SimUText, sign in, and click on a lab or chapter.
